than the average normal threshold (i.e., 7.5 dB SPL) by nearly 28
dB. This indicates that I needed to make the 1000 Hz. pure tone louder
by 28 dB before my patient could hear it suggesting that this patient's
hearing differs from the average normal hearing at this frequency
