graphic showing average normal thresholds at each test frequency,
we can determine that 0 dB HL at 1000 Hz would be defined as equal
to a 7.5 dB SPL pure tone. Following this same logic, 0 dB HL at 2000
Hz would be defined as equal to 11.0 dB SPL.
